I offer sessions Tuesdays through Friday virtually to serve as many clients as possible throughout Canada. I hold most sessions during daytime hours with 2 evening sessions available each week. Evenings usually require being put on a waitlist but please inquire!

For new clients who are interested in working with me: Please email me to book a phone consult. I will be working with a limited number of new individual clients as well as couples/relationship clients & consultees. I will have supervision spots opening March 2024 (possibly sooner so please email me for waitlist)

For current clients, please log into your account & choose from the options to see your schedule, book an appointment, reschedule or cancel your session: *Reminder: I do not accept cancellations or reschedules to my email; you will need to sign into your account to complete that. Not doing so will result in a full session fee.

My price is $190 for a 50 minute individual session & $240 for a 50 minute Relationship Session (2 or more partners). Consultation & Supervision is $200 for a 50 minute session. 30 & 75 minute sessions are available subject to scheduling availability.

We will start with a free 15 minute phone consult to get a sense if we are a good fit to work together & to answer questions you may have. I want us to feel confident in our decision to work together. If I don't think I'm the right therapist for you, I will do my best to connect you with someone more appropriate. I would recommend reading my website prior to your consult or first session.

Fees are paid by e-transfer sent prior to your appointment. Credit cards can be used but have a 2.75% processing fee.  If you would like to claim therapy through insurance, please confirm that your insurance accepts services by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Nurse. Psychotherapy can be claimed as health expenses on your tax return.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as much in advanced as possible. If you provide less than 48 hours notice or do not show up, you will be charged a full session fee- no exceptions.
